The first ten (10) attendees will receive a special gift, courtesy of the Lotus in Bloom Foundation.

  • We will gather for 30 minutes of beginner-friendly yoga, offering a gentle and welcoming space to stretch, relax, and reconnect. No experience needed.

  • We will gather for 20 minutes for a guided mindfulness activity designed to set intentions, create a calm and supportive space, and promote self-worth.

  • Take these ten minutes to connect and mingle with others. We deeply value the importance of community support and encourage you to meet others who may be navigating experiences similar to your own.

  • Join us for a self-care workshop featuring hands-on activities designed to help you explore practical ways to support your well-being. Guests will also have the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations with mental health professionals, ask questions, and gain insight and guidance in a supportive, welcoming environment.

  • We’ll end the event with final remarks from the founder of the Lotus in Bloom Foundation.

Before heading out, we will all take a moment to gather our belongings and any materials used during the workshop.
